所有售出商品恕不退款

• 換貨必須為同款同型號商品
• 如同款同型號商品售罄，須選同價或以上之其他商品換貨
• 所有可退換之商品，必須連同正本銷售收據，於購買當日起計2天內退換
• 商品必須連同未開封之原包裝，或可作重新銷售之狀態，方可退換

• 所有個人用品 / 泳鏡 / 體育護具
• 紙品 / 簿類
• 遊戲光碟 / 點數咭 / 儲值咭
• 電子產品
• 所有筆類商品，付款後，請試寫後方離開

Return/Exchange Policy

No refunds will be given for all items sold

• Only can exchange to the same items
• If the same item of the same model is sold out, you must choose another item of the same price or higher for exchange
• All returnable items must be returned with the original sales receipt within 2 days from the date of purchase
• Items must be returned with the original unopened packaging or in a resaleable state for exchange

The following items are not available for trying or return or exchange, please choose carefully

• All personal items / swimming goggles / sports protective gear
• Paper products / notebooks
• Games / Pre-paid cards / stored value cards
• Electronic products
• For all pen products, after checkout, please test write before you leave
